Clay and Danni Jacobs

Clay and Danni Jacobs have owned Parker-Jacobs Funeral Home since August 2019. Clay served as a funeral director and General Manager at Funeral homes in the Abilene area prior to being approached by Skip Parker about purchasing Parker Funeral Home. Danni has been a dental hygienist for Dr. Mark Sivley and Brian Toogood since 1998. The couple views funeral service as ministry, striving to continue the care given to families of Baird and the surrounding areas by the Parker Family.

Clay Jacobs

Funeral Director & Embalmer

Clay was raised in the farming community of New Home, Texas. After retiring from a 22-year career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, he completed his degree in mortuary science from Amarillo College, and has worked as a funeral director at funeral homes in the Abilene area. Clay is a licensed minister and sings Christian Country music. He and his wife, Danni, love spending time with their kids, Gilbert and Rachel, and grandaughter Ellie Jo.
